Catalogue description: MATH 308 Matrix Algebra with Applications. Systems of linear equations, vector spaces, matrices, subspaces, orthogonality, least squares, eigenvalues, eigenvectors, applications. For students in engineering, mathematics, and the sciences. Credit allowed for only one of MATH 308 or MATH 318. Prerequisite: minimum grade of 2.0 in either MATH 126 or MATH 146.
