In this talk, we discuss the structure of the singular sets of minimizing and stationary harmonic maps between Riemannian manifolds. In particular, we prove sharp n-3 dimensional volume estimates on the singular sets of minimizing harmonic maps and rectifiability for the stratification of the singular set of stationary maps. These results are based on a new W^{1,p} Reifenberg-type theorem and on the quantitative stratification for the singular sets. This is a joint work with Aaron Naber, arXiv:1504.02043
