Abstract:

I am going to explain the meaning of the wall-crossing formulas introduced by Kontsevich and myself in the framework of complex integrable systems.

For complex integrable systems derived from 3-dimensional Calabi-Yau categories (e.g. Hitchin systems) the wall-crossing formulas encode some interesting structures of the category (e.g. how it can be built from semistable objects). If time permits,I will explain the relationship of the above to the geometry of black holes configurations (multi-center solutions of F.Denef).
