Abstract:

This is joint work with K. Wehrheim. We show that Lagrangian Floer theory is functorial for Lagrangian correspondences. As an application, we construct an extended TQFT for tangles, which assigns to a marked surface the Donaldson-Fukaya category for a moduli space of parabolic bundles of rank r (following suggestions of Fukaya and Seidel.) This TQFT has many formal properties as Khovanov-Rozansky theory (same exact triangle, same value for unknot etc) but is not equal to it (and has only Z_2 grading.)
